    As Servana’s Chief Executive Officer, John leads the company’s strategic vision, technology-driven servicing initiatives, and client partnership development. A financial services executive with nearly 20 years of experience in receivables management, consumer lending, and loan servicing, he brings a deep understanding of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

    Before joining Servana, John spent 17 years at Monterey Financial Services, where he held senior leadership responsibility across operations, compliance, business development, client support, human resources, IT, and account services. He is known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture rooted in transparency, trust, and performance.

    David Rodman

    Founder/Executive Chair

    David Rodman is an entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience across technology, real estate, and financial services. He founded K&R Network Solutions in 2001 and grew it into a leading managed services provider for regulated industries, ultimately exiting the company in 2018 as a platform investment at double-digit EBITDA multiples.

    Following the sale, Mr. Rodman launched Rodman Enterprises, a real estate investment platform, and All Advisory, a consulting firm supporting founders with growth strategies, leadership systems, and M&A readiness. In 2025, he founded Servana Financial, a loan-servicing and financial-services platform focused on technology, compliance, and capital-markets integration.

    He holds a B.S. in Business Management from San Diego State University and is active in community organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two children, traveling, water sports, skiing, sailing, cooking, and mentoring young Entrepreneurs.
