Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Nonaffiliates include the retail seller providing your product/service and financial services companies, such as sales finance and debt collection companies.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partner(s) include nonaffiliated financial companies that we may partner with to jointly market financial products or services to you.
